Iowa State University selects StatBroadcast as its live stats provider for 2015-16

AMES, IOWA -- Iowa State University became StatBroadcast's first new partner for the 2015-16 school year, the company announced today. The university has reached agreement with StatBroadcast to use its system for the school's live stats, mobile stats and media stats during the 2015-16 school year beginning this August.

Iowa State University is a public university located in Ames, Iowa, with an enrollment of more than 34,750 students. Founded in 1858, Iowa State became the nation's first land-grant institution. The Iowa State Cyclones compete at the NCAA Division-I FBS level in 16 varsity sports as members of the Big 12 Conference. The Iowa State football team has appeared in 12 bowl games and won two conference titles with a history dating back to 1892. The men's basketball team has won six conference championships and appeared in four Sweet Sixteens (most recently in 2014), two Elite Eights and the 1944 Final Four. The women's basketball team has similarly had success, posting just one losing season since 1996 and appearing in five Sweet Sixteens and two Elite Eights.

Iowa State is the ninth member of the Big 12 Conference to partner with StatBroadcast and the fourth from the state, which encompasses all Division-I programs in Iowa.
